Our gym and creche mornings allow you to make the best use of your valuable time.

Work out or take part in one of our fun classes whilst our qualified staff look after your little ones in our on site creche facility.
 

Gym and creche mornings take place each week day from 0945 to 1145 and as a special introductory offer for Spring 2012 you can pay what you like for each session.

The creche is available for 12 week to 4 year olds. Offer valid each week day up until 1st June 2012. Limited number of spaces available so please always call or e mail in advance to book.
