My name's Doug! I'm a passionate Personal Trainer & Nutritionist on a mission to help & empower you to look & feel your best and build a healthier lifestyle that enables you to thrive.

I love what I do for one reason. Fitness didn't just change my life; it saved my life. In 2018, having suffered from undiagnosed Mental Health issues for years, I hit an all-time low and felt I had very little to live for. I was unfulfilled in my career, isolated & misunderstood by friends and lacking any real purpose to carry on. The only thing that kept me going through that dark time was fitness. Getting up each day to move my body and push myself gave me structure and purpose, and ultimately kept me alive. I love what I do because I know how powerful and life-changing all this can be.


Coming out of that experience feeling better than ever it became my mission to pursue my passion for Fitness, make it my life’s work and help people to push themselves, find their purpose, take charge of their destiny and feel as good as I had learnt is possible. So I took a leap of faith, quit the corporate career I'd been in nearly a decade and completed world-renowned qualifications to become fully qualified in Personal Training & Nutrition.

The rest is history! I'm proud to say that in the last 3 years I’ve helped over 100 people to achieve incredible changes, both physically and mentally. I’ve created and implemented a coaching philosophy that focuses on empowering my clients with all the skills & knowledge they need to build a healthier and happier life which enables them to thrive, not just survive. I love working with a variety of people, take pride in my work, commit 100% to my clients and am passionate about enabling you to realise your full potential.
