Having lost a lot of weight myself and spending over ten years working in the corporate world, I understand how difficult it can be both mentally and physically to achieve your goals when you’re in a busy, stressful environment.
For me health is not just about exercise and training. My clients receive strategies and programmes tailored specifically to their individual needs which concentrate on their mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
