This is an exercise class based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve shadowboxing, skipping, hitting pads and punchbags, press-ups, shuttle-runs and sit-ups.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art develop in Brazil based on the scientific principles such as leverage and balance with the aim to help the improvement of health, fitness and overall well-being as well as developing new skills in a fun and practical way.
Pilates is a body conditioning method that works your whole musculature evenly, not just your abs. You'll use your core in different ways, with equal attention paid to strength, stability and mobility to train your body in an integrated way. This class focuses on building the technique required for the Classical Pilates repertoire, to improve endurance, efficiency of movement, breath control and postural alignment. The low-impact exercises, make it ideal for cross-training.
In this class the basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Vinyasa, breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement.
Power yoga is the most dynamic style of yoga, it is a creative sequencing of yoga postures built around a set of sun salutations that enable the body to build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. It will challenge your practice but will always be presented in an accessible way for all levels. Expect to work hard, play hard and get naturally high on yoga.
Yogasana is a powerful moving meditation that includes a breath set, a mindset and a body set. A vinyasa flow based sequence that is physically, mentally and spiritually binding taught selflessly with devotion. Expect a strong focus on breath and natural highs. This class is not for the faint hearted, it is open to all keen and energetic souls.
Circuit conditioning is a full body workout that can help to improve strength, aerobic and anaerobic endurance, and coordination all in one workout. This class is designed around 3 main supersets of both bodyweight and weighted exercises.
As its name suggests, our Core class is an intense abdominal workout designed to tone the stomach area. It combines cardio with abdominal exercises to burn fat whilst strengthening ab muscles, helping to really give shape and definition to the abdominal area.
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training and is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Pump & Tone
Designed to shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength, and improve bone health using light weights. Instructors take you through sequences that target different parts of the body using weights or bodyweight throughout a song track.
With a 12x12 minute split, our Strong Cycle class is a fantastic full body treat. You’ll spend half the class on our state-of-the-art spin bikes with various target zones such as hill climbs and sprints then change over to our personalised stations where you can expect a mix of strength based and body weighted exercises all with a 50 on 10 off timed set.
