FAQs
When does my first payment come out?
Your first direct debit will be taken on the 1st or 15th of the month — your initial pro rata payment will be calculated from the day you start your membership, so you only pay from when you step foot in the gym.
Is there a joining fee?
Yes — there’s a one-off £30 activation fee when you sign up. After that, it’s just your monthly membership.
Can I cancel anytime?
If you're on the rolling monthly plan, just give us one calendar month’s notice (which means the membership will end the month after you give notice). If you’re on a 3 or 12 month plan, you’ll need to complete the term before cancelling.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. We need 15 days notice before your direct debit so we can freeze your Membership from your usual payment date - maximum 3 months at a time.
Are all the classes included?
Members get unlimited access to all classes. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Reformer Pilates require an upgraded membership. BJJ: +£15 extra per month. Reformer Pilates: £50 per month.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Your friend gets one free guest pass (must be booked via email) - we also have PT sessions for 2 people.
Do you offer Corporate Memberships?
Yes, we have several corporate partners - get in touch to discuss.
Any extra benefits?
Yes. Aside from the sauna, secure lockers, hair dryers and spotless changing rooms included in your Membership, you can enjoy regular discounts, special offers and vouchers like these.
