I have been working within this industry for many years teaching Combat Sports Arts, supporting people with achieving there training goals, giving nutritional advice and guidance along with Strength and Condition Training for men and woman.
I strongly believe that Combat Sports along with all other forms of exercises enable people to strengthen their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. I love what I do and could not think of a more rewarding career.
