I am an ex professional dancer and have been lucky enough to travel the world performing. I became passionate about fitness and specifically weight training in order to improve my own strength, fitness and avoid injury.
I have seen the changes strength training has contributed to my own physical appearance but also my mental wellbeing and I empower clients to achieve the same.
Training with me I'll encourage you to push yourself, understand your body, your strengths and your weaknesses and most importantly ENJOY exercise.
From HIIT training to postural analysis, to achieving personal bests; I believe exercise is about variety, a sense of achievement and creating healthy habits. You’ll learn a range of new skills and certainly won’t be bored in my sessions!
