I’ve always been interested in fitness and well-being. I started dancing from a young age and doing various sports. Currently I’m focused on weight training and pole dance.

I have over 10 years experience in fitness industry instructing group and private classes, personal training and helping people to improve their overall well-being. I’m passionate about helping my clients to become the best version of themselves inside and outside the gym. Besides focusing on better physique, I want my clients to feel good and be able to create lifelong habits that work for them. Our lifestyles, needs and goals are different so creating individual plans and routines that work for you and your current situation is the key to success.
