I have been a Personal Trainer for 10 years. My passion for sport developed in my teenage years and helped me to become a competitive athlete in ‘Bikini Shape". I love to share my knowledge and skills with my clients, helping them to come out of their comfort zone and make them feel stronger, fitter and better version of themselves.
Resistance training is at the core of my approach. I am passionate about breaking down the barriers of women lifting weights to create great body, optimal posture and to prevent injury.
