Designed for new parents who are looking to get back into the gym! This parent and baby class incorporates different exercise formats, using body weight and weights to give your full body a workout.

 

With a big focus on high reps rather than high intensity cardio, aiming to build strength in your core and pelvic floor. Babies will not be involved, but a matted area will be provided for them to sit/play or they can stay in their buggies and watch!
